You Can Always Change Back, Transformation is Forever

Change versus Transformation, so what's the big difference?

I looked it up in the dictionary and this is what I found
Transformation~ to change the condition of. (the short version).  I don't really think that I agree on that one.  I see change and transformation as two totally different things.

This is the way I see the thing.

Say you have a cake mix.  Open the mix up, pour into a bowl, add milk and eggs and mix it up really well.  Put it into a cake pan, pop it in the oven and bake it.  When you pull it out you have a cake.  The cake can never be the cake mix again, it has Transformed into a cake. Mix a few things in, add some heat and before you know it, transformation is complete.

So transformation is a process not something that just happens one day.  It is a series of events or impressions that little by little change our behaviors and habits.

Changing old behaviors and habits that don't serve you is crucial in order to realize transformation.  If you don't find a way to rid your self of these two simple items, total transformation is going to be a challenge.

The transformation that you experience is a kin to a metomorphosis.  From what I have read a metomorphosis is the act of changing biologically after birth, often changing completely including looks, behaviors and habits.

You will notice as you work on your transformation that people will stop you and say how well you look or that you look really good and it's amazing BECAUSE YOU DO.

When you feel good you put out vibrations on a higher frequency that people are naturally attracted to.  The opposite happens when you aren't feeling so good, if you notice when you "vibrate at a lower frequency" people don't really make eye contact and rarely smile.

Because we are all made up of vibrations we all pick up on vibrations around us.  That is why we are all attracted to certain people and why you have friends that are closer than others.  All of us vibrate at different levels and that makes it so some of us resonate with certain types of people while the next person may gravitate to a totally different person.

As we all strive for healthier relationships, don't settle for these relationships to be less than what we expect.  Remember the golden rule is, "Treat others AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED".  That means with courtesy and respect.

Master Marketer Attempts to Market

This is the look of Marketing gone wrong.  Notice the upset look on her face?  Let me tell you what's behind that look.

Master Marketer Attempts To Market.

This is an update on my post about the master marketer. Just yesterday the master marketer and I went for a ride into town in the BMW this time (she fills the entire back seat).

She was all relaxed and spread out until I slowed down, she was alerted, I pulled into a driveway and at that time she cam to full attention and started her marketing tactics.

She poked me with her nose, insisting that I roll down the window. I’m going pretty slow because of the car in front of me. Lil’ is in the backseat insistently letting me know the window needs to be down. I roll down the window and creep along slowly, she sticks her head out, smile on face, batting her eye lashes.

I am cracking up because I know she is going to be disappointed as I drive up to the mailboxes at the post office and put the mail in the slot and drive off. She sat in stunned silence staring at me in the rear view mirror wondering what went wrong.  Her face was something like the one above.

So you see, even a master at marketing can get it wrong sometimes but if you don’t try you will never know what riches await you.  This is the look on her face when her marketing has been successful.  You see the difference?  It's written all over her face how she feels

A Master Marketer

This is the face of a Master Marketer.  No, I am not insane, let me explain.

The other day I took off in Gordon's truck and the furry girl wanted to come.  I was running various errands around town, usually she is with Gordon in the truck running errands but that day it was just the girls.

The first thing I noticed was that we were going to need some gas so I stopped at the gas station.  At the moment I pulled up to the pump Lil' started poking me with her cold wet nose.  I knew she wanted something so I looked back at her.  She didn't say a word but she didn't have any problem letting me know she wanted the back window down.

The attendant came over to pump my gas and she sat there so pretty waiting to be noticed, at full attention with the tip of her tail giving a little wag.  I was watching her "marketing technique" and thought she was crazy, but then I had no idea at this point that she had friends all over town.

She wasn't getting the attention she wanted so she gave a little yelp.  the person pumping the gas knew her name and gave her the treat she was marketing for.  She quickly ate the treat, I couldn't believe what happened next, she was actually trying to convince her friend that she needed another treat.  I assured him that wasn't true and no more treats were necessary.

That chore being done we headed off to the bank.  I pulled up to the drive thru and again was being poked by the wet cold nose, by this time I knew the drill.  I rolled down the back window and she started her marketing once again.

Her eyes had the sweetest, softest look and she was batting her 3 inch eye lashes at her friend, her mouth was open just enough to see her soft pink tongue and her bottom lip was pulled down so you could see her teeth (that's how she smiles).

Once again I found that she had a friend that knew her by name and knew what she wanted and sent a treat out to her that she devoured (I was happy this treat was smaller than at the gas station).

We were off again to finish up our errands and on the way home, I decided to stop and get a coffee, you guessed it the drive thru window.

Once again, the nose pokes, the window rolled down, sweet look on her face, full attention, little tail wag and sure enough here came the treat.

Lesson learned!  I had my marketing lesson for the day from a place that I wouldn't have imagined.  This is what I learned.

Never once did Lilee think that she was NOT going to get a treat.

She used her most winning personality and put a smile on her face.

She gave these people what they were looking for, a cute happy face and she made them smile. She provided a service and she was rewarded in return.

She used the same technique each time, just adjusting slightly depending on who she was marketing to.  I also notice that the only person she gave a yelp to was a male.  She never did make a sound when she was marketing to women and yet she got the same results.

Not only did I get my errands done that day, I learned a valuable lesson in it's simplest form and this is how I interpreted the lessons into human form.

Have a positive attitude
Have a happy disposition and a smile
provide a service
Ask for what you want
stick to the system that works for you.
Make slight adjustments depending on who you are marketing

Just six little things that you have the power to achieve could make you a Master Marketer too, just like Lil'.

Only YOU Can Improve YOUR Situation.

2009 was a difficult year for many people, maybe you’re one of those people…

We are still in a world-wide Recession and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better regardless of what
The media has to say.

About a year ago, We began looking online for ways to make money from home on the internet.

After a lot of research, sorting through a sea of get rich quick plans
And too good to be true offers we decided that we needed to get something going our self and we started an Internet Marketing Business, with ZERO Online marketing Experience.

As you can see, we are Baby Boomers, we certainly
didn’t grow up with a computer, back in 2009,
Our knowledge was limited, Gordon had to learn how to copy and paste.

We had no idea at the time of how we were going to make it work. We had a vision and we stuck with it and we are so Grateful now.

After having a brick and mortar business for 30 years we are amazed at the low overhead of an internet businessand, let me tell you, there is NO RECESSION on the Internet, That’s the coolest part.

When you learn how to market to people all over the world online using strategies like:

Pay Per Click (Google Add words)
Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube)
Blogs
Video Marketing
Writing Articles
SEO, and so much more…

You Can decide on where you want to take your life, you will be in the drivers seat!

I’m not telling you this to brag or to make you think it was easy because we worked hard but we have managed to increase, yes, increase our portfolio by more than 50% In just 9 short months.

In part by smart investing and By learning these internet marketing strategies and implementing them we have been able to market to people globally and have been able to grow our business exponentially.

We can show you exactly how we’ve been able to do it, with absolutely NO previous online or internet marketing experience.

If you’re still stuck and frustrated with where you are in your
life, your business and your finances…
Then NOW is the perfect time to take a hard, honest, and
SERIOUS look at your current situation because you can
Create a New Beginning and Get a Fresh Start Right Now!

It’s up to you to make the decision to be done with your frustration
improve your finances, your business and increase your freedom.

Nobody cares about your future quite the way that you do, and nobody but you knows the kind of pain you are experiencing so it is up to you to make the decision to make a change to improve your situation.

Leave the Past where it is, Come into the Present

I noticed last month how past events can affect you even years after they happen.

We were in a hotel room in Stockton California after a busy day at breakthroughs we were happy to be back in the quiet of our room.
I was so exhausted that I think I beat Gordon to "slumberland" which is unusual, he can sleep at the drop of  a hat not matter where he is.
So I doze off and suddenly I am awake, there is a rumbling noise that scared me.  I doze off and it happens again within 5 minutes.

The second time it happened I realized that my brain obviously knew I was in California.  I grew up in Southern California and was in the huge earthquake in the mid 70's.
The rumbling sound was the same sound that the earthquakes make.  I finally realized that the people staying in the room above us were opening up their sliding glass door and going out onto the deck.

What I find so amazing is that it has been at least 35 years since I have been in a big earthquake but still it is in my brain, even while I was sleeping.

So past events affect our sub-concious thoughts and I found that interesting.  If past events even affect our sub-concious can you imagine how they can take control of our concious thoughts?
We are who we are because of past events in our life.  The hard thing to do is to not let those past events alter the course of our life today.

My surprise is that my sub-concious actually remembered instantaneously the fear and tension that was all around me over 35 years ago.  Amazing how fast my brain related the noise to something that frightened me as a child even while I was sleeping.

Don't be so hard on yourself, change takes time and past events want to keep you in their shackles, those same past events can keep us from doing the things that our heart desires us to do.

Work through the fear and have the courage to face the uncertainty becasue the more you work through these past events the less of an effect they will have on you.

If the past event requires forgiveness then you need to find it in your heart to forgive so that you can start to heal.  Use the past events as education not a scale of how you are going to live your life.  Take the lesson out and leave the pain where it belongs, outside where it can't hurt you.

It's Complicated, or Is It?

Complications in life happen, there is no avoiding it.  So how do you handle complications when they come into your life?  Sometimes they feel like a mountain looming high and mighty before us.  Our feelings compound the complications.

Have you ever noticed that something that is a big deal to one person is barely felt by someone else?  It is all in how we perceive  and we seem to let our feelings in there somewhere and it tweaks our perception just a little.  It doesn't take much to change good thoughts to bad.

Gossip is just a form of spreading someones perspective.  Others listen and before they know it they are adapting new thoughts and changing their perspective.

We get asked all of the time how we manage to keep the negative out.  It takes a certain amount of skill and you have to set out to change and make changes so the change can be realized.  We had to litterally make a list of people we know and eliminate people that were not positive or that fed off of other peoples tribulations, addicted to their drama.  Spending less time with people that are victims in life and more time with those who are victorious.

It changs your life when you realize that this daunting task really isn't that hard at all.  We feel better and more positive since we have managed who we associate with better.

All it takes is just one tweak of perspective and you could be on the road to a more positive life.  Because the options are as endless as the possibilities.

The Support of a Hand

As I walked through the park the other day I noticed an elderly woman sitting quietly on one of the park benches next to the swing sets.

She was sitting very quietly with her head bowed, looking very intently at her hands.  She didn't move and I was concerned that something was wrong, so I approached her and sat down next to her and said,

"I didn't mean to disturb you, but you were just sitting here staring at your hands and I wanted to make sure you were OK."

"Have you ever looked at your hands," she asked. "I mean really looked at your hands?"

I slowly opened my hands and stared down at them. I turned them over, palms up and then palms down. No, I guess I had never really looked at my hands as I tried to figure out the point she was making.

The woman smiled and related this story:

"Stop and think for a moment about the hands you have, how they have served you well throughout your years. These hands, though wrinkled shriveled and weak have been the tools I have used all my life to reach out and grab and embrace life..."

"They braced and caught my fall when as a toddler I crashed upon the floor."

"They put food in my mouth and clothes on my back. As a child, my mother taught me to fold them in prayer. They tied my shoes and pulled on my boots. They held my husband and wiped my tears when he went off to war."

"They have been dirty, scraped and raw, swollen and bent. They were uneasy and clumsy when I tried to hold my newborn son. Decorated with my wedding band they showed the world that I was married and loved someone special."
"They wrote my letters to him and trembled and shook when I buried my parents and spouse."

"They have held my children and grandchildren, consoled neighbors, and shook in fists of anger when I didn't understand."

"They have covered my face, combed my hair, and washed and cleansed the rest of my body. They have been sticky and wet, bent and broken, dried and raw. And to this day when not much of anything else of me works real well these hands hold me up, lay me down, and again continue to fold in prayer."

These hands are the mark of where I've been and the ruggedness of life."

Have you looked at your hands and been thankful that they have supported many of your activities throughout life?  Are your hands something that you take for granted?  Even though you haven't paid much attention to them, they don't quit being supportive.

Be a hand in someone else's life, supportive, strong, soft, understanding, because many people hunger for understanding and support, they need strength but also a soft place to land.

Be that hand.

Is The Ride Getting Bumpy?

We boarded the plane just like any other time.  Getting ready to "hurdle" through the air in a tin box with 1,000 other people, heading to the same town in Texas.

It takes forever to get those big jets loaded up and ready to take off.  We stored our stuff in the over head and sat down.  We were in the rear of the plane so we knew it would take a while.

Finally at last we were air born.

Little did we know that the air was pretty unstable that day.  There were storms a brewing all along the way.  We were in for a 4 hour roller coaster ride.

The first bumps started about 20 minutes after take off and I didn't take them very seriously because I knew we would move away from the area and things would smooth out right?

Wrong!  It just got worse.  Reading was impossible so it was a good thing there was a movie playing but even that got a little bit blurry.

As the ride got bumpier and bumpier I noticed that I was taking note of the emergency exits and their proximity to us.

You see I was thinking like many do in this day in age.  If the ride gets bumpy, Jump ship.........Okay, that would be a long "jump"

When things get a little bumpy in your life do you hang in there and know that it will pass?  Or are you looking for the nearest and easiest exit?

I got a hold of myself and decided that it didn't matter where the exits were because I was there for the entire ride and there was no way it was going to end early.

Take charge of the bumpy times and ride them out because what is on the other side is worth waiting for.  Truly successful people never let the bumps get in the way, heck they don't even let mountains get in their way.

Don't let your fear take control of your life, be the master of your fear because you don't want fear to be driving your life, business or emotions.

Take a deep breath and then another, face your fears straight on, and those little "bumps" well that's what they are just little bumps!

How do you travel in your life?

Our recent trip to Mexico was very relaxing but also thought provoking at the same time. The people were all so happy there because they are happy to live each day. Sure every day they think of many of the same things that we do. What will we eat today? How will we make money to live on today? How will we get to work today?

These are many of the same questions that we ask ourself here in the States but I think that the answers come from a different place.

When we ask ourself what we will eat today we know there is a grocery store just around the corner with a variety of different foods that we can buy.

The people of Mexico ask that of them self as they go about their day. Money is tight so instead of heading to the store, they pick up a fishing line and go and catch their meal. There is plenty of fish so they know they will not go hungry. There are coconuts and bannanas to eat off the trees and many other fruits.

We ask ourself how we will make money today? Many of us have jobs that enable us to do that. Some of us are self employed, some of us are un-employed. It is a question that needs to be asked but sometimes there is not an answer.

The people of Mexico ask them self how they will make money on any day and I'm sure that some of them are not sure as they wake up in the morning but a plan formulates through out the day as they catch fish to sell or make crafts for the tourists to sell in the flea markets. Their economy is dependant on tourism as 85% of the people are involved with the industry. It is a family affair. Parents work the booths at the flea markets and the kids sell flowers or Chicklets.

We ask how we will get to work and we know that there is a bus or train that will take us there if we have no car. Most families have at least one vehicle.

Transportation came on two wheels.  The bikes I saw were well used and were very important for transportation. I couldn't help but notice that every kid I know  has a much nicer bike than the ones pictured above and the bikes the kids have are just for their own pleasure.

So when the day looks dim, maybe you look at your life as "half full", take a time out and be thankful for all of the blessings that have been bestowed upon you.  Be appreciative and be a better person for it.

Appreciation seems to be getting lost this day in age because there seems to be a larger amount of feelings of entitlement.  Entitled to get a hand out or live in this country.  There are no entitlements.  Not one person on this earth is mandated to do one single thing for you personally.  Therefore a deep appreciation should be felt for anything that is received no matter how small.

Your Environment, Is It Stronger Than Your Willpower?

Take a look at your environment.

How is your environment serving you? We should always be looking for ways to improve and grow, to learn and excel.  Does your environment promote that growth or does it get into the way?

If you decide that you no longer want to drink alcohol and you remove all of it from you immediate environment and then you go with someone to dinner or something of that nature and they order a drink.  Is your willpower going to be stronger than your environment?  If alcohol was an actual problem then I would say that your environment will at that point be stronger than your willpower.

Let's say you have a Hamster in a cage, you notice that it is dirty so you take the hamster out of the cage and clean it up.  You then put it back into the same cage and the next time you look at it, it's dirty again.  So if you continue to put your self in the same situation again and again you will find that you will end up in the same place again and again.

What if you were to take the hamster out of the cage and put them in a new and clean cage?  The hamster would stay clean.

So let's get right down to the point, we aren't talking about a dirty cage and a hamster.  We are talking about whom you surround yourself with.  If the people in your environment do not serve you, if they are able to convince you to do something that you would prefer not to do, then they have taken your willpower from you and you have let them do that.

It is time to take responsibility and  remove your self from the environment that is not healthy or at the very least clean up the environment that you already have.

It isn't easy to change the "status quo" because people want you to stay the same, that is the way they know you.  In order to change you sometimes need to remove your self for a time or forever from the situation.  Make a clean start and draw a line in the sand.  It doesn't matter what others think, what matters is what is in your heart, being strong in your resolve and making sure you don't get off course in your life.

You are the only one that can make that happen.

It is a choice to be made, when you make the change, change will happen

Does Your Brain Go To The "Negativity Playground"?

Does your brain go to “the negativity play ground”?

Every day is full of new discoveries.  The possibilities are endless.  Some discoveries are exciting and some are enlightening.

We strive to live a positive life.  We do our best to keep our minds on a course of prosperity, health and wisdom.  Everyone know that nothing is perfect and that now and then a “little negativity creeps in”

I often wondered where it came from, was it lurking around the corner laying in wait for the right moment to spring a thought or idea on us that is less than positive?  Have we not “beaten” mostly all of the negative thought processes out of our being?

I made a discovery this morning that was rather enlightening about negativity.

Each month I pay the bills on our 12 rentals (it’s a necessity not a joy).  All of the units are rented and the tenants are all pretty responsible with just typical renter’s problems.  In the past we have had people move in the middle of the night, taking anything they could with them including the appliances that we provide.  Not pay rent, not pay utilities, leaving huge messes.  However we are NOT experiencing any of this right now.

As I look at each invoice and matched each account number with the address, I realized what was going on in my brain.  I would come to an address that in the PAST had a less than desirable (putting it kindly) tenant and this is what my brain would say, “address 1455 Gina, what a crook”, address 1463 Ephrem, that nationality can’t be trusted (we had 4 of that nationality rent from us and all 4 did the same thing).

Do you see what is going on here?  My brain is having this negative conversation and I didn’t even hear it until I was on the last invoice.  Then I had to yell back to my brain that those people don’t live there any more. (by the way, it already knew that)

Why is it that I don’t know who lives in what unit right now when things are good but I can remember who lived there a year ago?

Do you see how past evens frame the life that you are living right now?  It doesn’t matter if the past evens are negative or positive, the event have an impact on us that is hard to deny.  They form the person that we are.

What I am saying here is that YOUR brain doesn’t need any help heading off to the “negativity play ground”.  What it does need your help with is keeping on a positive track.  Give it some help and when the lurking negative thoughts jump out to surprise you, bring some of your fight to the game and duck, swerve or what ever is necessary not to let it take over and move into your brain, because negativity breeds negativity and when it multiplies it is a hard thing to chase down and get rid of.

Read The Sign 25 MPH

This is the speed limit sign on our street.   There are no sidewalks as you can see.  Many people enjoy jogging, walking their pets and their kids, riding bikes and just enjoying outdoors on this street.

We all know why speed limits are posted, to keep people safe that are driving and people safe that are not driving, to make it safe to back out of a driveway and things of that nature.

We were on our Sunday walk with our dog, she was off her leash.   We looked back and saw a car coming at us doing at least 50 MPH.  That’s twice the speed limit and my dog could possibly get in this cars way.

We stepped over to grab the dog I think the car was under the impression that we were flagging him down so he stopped and rolled down his window.  The man looked familiar but I couldn’t place him until he said, “can I help you with something?”  I suddenly recognized him as a gentleman by the name of Ralph.

I have personally dealt with him for the past 20 years.  I had, in the past always thought of him as knowledgeable and helpful and also a kind person.

I might not have recognized him in his current state if he wouldn’t have uttered those 4 words that were so familiar when I go into Office Depot. His attitude was not pleasant to say the least.  His voice was angry, his face was angry.  He wasn’t looking to help anyone.

We never had the chance to ask him to please slow down.  We told him we didn’t need any help, he rolled up his window and stepped on the gas so hard his tires spun and he raced off faster than he was going before.

This man doesn’t live on our street or even in our neighborhood.  One block over there is a street going in the same direction with 45 MPH speed limit that he could have taken; he chose to speed through our neighborhood being aware that the speed is 25.  He KNEW he was going to fast he told that story by the way he sped away.

So ask yourself, how much integrity do you have?  Do you treat people differently because you are not being PAID to be nice to them?

Do you consider how your actions affect others?  How would you feel if I raced through your neighborhood doing 50 or 60 MPH?  We all know the answer to that……

The point is that I wouldn’t do that because I have Integrity.

The point here is that your attitude does matter whether you are at work or on your own personal time.  Angry people seldom want to be angry alone that is why they try to make you angry.  DON'T TAKE THE BAIT.  Keep your cool and you will be a better person for it.

Seeking Wisdom

Seeking Knowledge and Wisdom

In order to have the life you want it is necessary to seek wisdom and knowledge. Without these then there is no light to follow and no growth can be attained.

Wisdom does not come in the form of a newspaper or the evening news. Wisdom comes from the ability to watch, listen and experience and to take note of each sensory. The media outlets just bombard us with negative junk that is not necessarily true.

Reading and listening to books and recordings that will bring about positive change in your life and help you to understand other people is the wisdom that will make your life fulfilling and worth living.

Making choices and moving forward. You can not change the past but you can sure improve your future by making a choice to change.

Select your friends with care, you are who your friends are. Their opinions and habits are shared with you. Look around, if your friends are perpetually making poor decisions, that will also reflect on you because of your association.

Choose to associate with people who you admire and respect. If you hang with a pigeon you will be destined to always be looking for a hand out. If you hang with eagles you will learn to soar.

If you only counsel with your self you can only draw conclusions from your own experience, when you counsel with the wise you will include their experience and that could open up a whole new world to you.

If you are the smartest and most fit person in your group of peers, then you need to add some people that are "better" than you, more fit, wealthier, etc. because these are the people that will make you reach higher and want to do more in life.

Be wise and serve others, by having a servants heart you will realize a satisfaction that can never happen when only serving your self. People who serve are popular and are wealthy beyond our monetary standards. As you serve others, their wisdom will be shared with you. The person that serves the most grows the fastest.

Develop a servants heart and do not be distressed when you need help and there no one there, but be thankful when you can help. Give a helping hand with no expectations of every receiving anything in return.

Form a servants heart

Seek wise counsel

Choose your friends with care

Just by doing these three simple things and making a choice to change you could transform your life into a thing of wonder.

In times of distress life just seems like it is going to be a very long ride. Seeking change and transforming the way you think will cause you to consider that maybe life is way to short and times-a-wasting. We only have so much time and wasting one minute of it is a sin. We are on a count down from the moment we are born.

We Are Mad As Hell, We Want Our Country Back

our Strength is in Numbers. The biggest Crooks among us are the politicians. They are scared to death of not getting re-elected because being a politician is their JOB! When the Constitution was written over 200 years ago there was no intention that the people that served the country would do it for their livelihood. They did it for the love of freedom and the love of their country. Not one of them received one thing for their efforts except for the threat of death.

Here we sit today, a country of people that are voting for the "lesser of two evils". Going along with a stimulus package that we have no way of repaying. Printing so much money that the company that supplies the paper to print all of that money is having a hard time keeping up with the presses.

There is no gold to back up the money.

Then we have the Federal Reserve which is not a government agency so it is not Federal and it has absolutely NO reserves so how misleading is that name.

Furthermore the Father of the Federal Reserve MOB just got his affirmation after talking around and around in circles making not a lick of sense, talking over the average persons head hoping that the average person will just think they don't understand politics when it is all very transparent but they make it look complicated.

This is the same man that said that the sub-prime loans pose no threat to the United States Economy back in 2006 or 2007. We all know that the sub-prime loans lead to more underhanded types of lending, laundering and ponzi schemes because regulations were out the window thanks to the previous mighty leader of the Federal Reserve Mob.

We The People do have the power to change things. To take our nation back. The first step to finding out how is to get with us and find out about a group that is preparing to do just that. We have a candidate for President for the 2012 election that will not be a "career president" , we need to reduce government by more than 1/2.

Together we have the power to do this, come to Houston Texas as our guest on January 30th and find out how we can "get her done". We will get you to where the information is, you get a ride there and find a place to lay you head on a pillow at night, we will do the rest.

Mexican Cruise

If you have never been on a cruise check out this video and see what one of the Cruise ships look like from this past year. This ship was NOT our favorite ship but it was so much fun and beautifully done. We had a beautiful balcony room that unfortunately I did not film in because we didn't spend that much time there. We did have a cocktail party in our room before our first formal dinner.

Hope you enjoyed this video. We have a few trips planned for this year and we will give you reviews of each place. Later this year we will be in Jamaica for a week and in March we will be in Florida.
