You Can Always Change Back, Transformation is Forever

Change versus Transformation, so what's the big difference?

I looked it up in the dictionary and this is what I found
Transformation~ to change the condition of. (the short version).  I don't really think that I agree on that one.  I see change and transformation as two totally different things.

This is the way I see the thing.

Say you have a cake mix.  Open the mix up, pour into a bowl, add milk and eggs and mix it up really well.  Put it into a cake pan, pop it in the oven and bake it.  When you pull it out you have a cake.  The cake can never be the cake mix again, it has Transformed into a cake. Mix a few things in, add some heat and before you know it, transformation is complete.

So transformation is a process not something that just happens one day.  It is a series of events or impressions that little by little change our behaviors and habits.

Changing old behaviors and habits that don't serve you is crucial in order to realize transformation.  If you don't find a way to rid your self of these two simple items, total transformation is going to be a challenge.

The transformation that you experience is a kin to a metomorphosis.  From what I have read a metomorphosis is the act of changing biologically after birth, often changing completely including looks, behaviors and habits.

You will notice as you work on your transformation that people will stop you and say how well you look or that you look really good and it's amazing BECAUSE YOU DO.

When you feel good you put out vibrations on a higher frequency that people are naturally attracted to.  The opposite happens when you aren't feeling so good, if you notice when you "vibrate at a lower frequency" people don't really make eye contact and rarely smile.

Because we are all made up of vibrations we all pick up on vibrations around us.  That is why we are all attracted to certain people and why you have friends that are closer than others.  All of us vibrate at different levels and that makes it so some of us resonate with certain types of people while the next person may gravitate to a totally different person.

As we all strive for healthier relationships, don't settle for these relationships to be less than what we expect.  Remember the golden rule is, "Treat others AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED".  That means with courtesy and respect.
